At chemfeed.ie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team at support@chemfeed.ie with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package the Item
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and including a copy of your original invoice inside the parcel.
Ship the Return
Send your package to our designated returns warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
